Heather Schlosser has a B.A. in Social Work and over thirty years experience. Heather is happy to help guide you and your family through the admission process. During your, or your loved one’s stay, you will be assigned one of our Social Services Coordinators to follow your progress and assist you with your individual needs. Heather is available to address your concerns, and to be sure that you are able to fully participate in planning your stay.
