Heather Schlosser has a B.A. in Social Work and over thirty years experience. During your, or your loved one’s stay, you will be assigned a Social Services Coordinator to follow your progress and assist you with your individual needs. Heather is available to address your concerns, and to be sure that you fully participate in your own plan of care. If your goal is to return home, she will help coordinate services for you so that your return home is successful.
