Heather Peterson is a Social Services Coordinator at Pleasant Ridge Manor. Heather has a B.A. in Psychology and over 10 years experience in mental health, behavioral interventions & coping skills. Heather brings in her golden retriever, Ellie, for pet therapy on occasion.
During your or your loved one’s stay, you will be assigned a Social Services Coordinator to follow your progress and assist you with your individual needs. She is available to address your concerns, and to be sure that you fully participate in your own plan of care. If your goal is to return home, she will help coordinate services for you so that your return home is successful.
