It's National Therapeutic Recreation Month!

By using fun and recreation in all sorts of different leisure activities, our Activities Department helps the residents & patients meet their goals in the traditional therapies. Physical & Occupational therapies cover the exercise, strength & endurance building tasks by using therapy equipment in the gyms. We use the same types of techniques using balls, golf clubs, flower arranging, and yes, even bingo, to work on the same goals without the residents even knowing how hard they're working! Congratulations to our Activities Department employees for another great year of fun & recreation!
