The Director plans, organizes and directs the daily operation of the Social Services Department, which includes the Admissions Office, in accordance with the current PRM policies & procedures, and in compliance with current Federal & State regulations & licensing requirements. Directs, establishes, and plans the policies & goals for the Social Services Department. Serves as the PRM spokesperson to hospitals & Community Health Care Facilities & Agencies, and news media as directed by the Executive Director. Promotes PRM to the community as a resource for Skilled Nursing Care.
