Utilization Review LPN:
General Functions: Entry of assessment and tracking of data into current software and submission of the data to state asn federal repositories: maintaining UR software with current resident information for the purpose of scheduling assessment and care plan completion: Maintaining UR department data basae: monitor MDS assessment.
Education/ Experience:
Licensed Practical Nurse
Certification in ICD-10 coding perferrred
one (1) year experience in medical coding field
strong knowledge of microsoft word and excel. Basic knowledge of DOS based programs.
